Privacy Policy

AI Connect Business ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. We collect the minimum needed to deliver our services, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or ask for a website review, we collect what you type in: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, your website address, who referred you, and your message. We also record your IP address with the submission to limit spam and abuse.

If you came to the site through a referral link (one with a code such as ?ref=name in the address) or a campaign link, that code is saved with your request so we know who to thank. It is kept only in your browser tab until you send a form or chat request, not in a cookie.

While you browse, your browser tab also keeps a short list of what you looked at here (pages, demos, example tools and their results), and sends it with a form or chat request so we can see what interested you; it is not stored in a cookie and is not sent unless you send a request.

Submissions are stored in a database we run on Cloudflare. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To deliver the audit you requested and follow up with you about it (two short check-in emails after a website review, each with a link to stop them)
• To respond to your inquiries
• To improve our website and services
• To send service updates if you become a client (you can opt out anytime)

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information to anyone, ever
• We don't share your information with marketers or data brokers
• We don't track you across other websites
• We don't add you to a newsletter without your consent

Calls and texts

Giving us your phone number on this site lets us call you back about your request. We do not add you to automated calls or text messages from this site. If you become a client, any automated calls or texts we set up for your business go only to people who have agreed to receive them.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, form storage and security
• Resend: delivery of emails about your request
• Anthropic: the site chat assistant. Messages you type in the chat are sent to Anthropic's Claude model to write a reply.
• Google Workspace: our email

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We share only what each one needs to do its job.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of any communications at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. We may use functional cookies required for the site to operate (such as session cookies from Cloudflare). No marketing or advertising cookies are set.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted to existing clients via email.
