We ask how work comes in today, who handles it, and what keeps falling through. Mention who referred you so we know what they have seen us build.

If there is a fit, you get a short document: what we would build first, what it connects to, the schedule and the price. If there is not a fit, we will tell you that too, and point you somewhere better if we can.
